A deposit of £100 secures your booking, and full payment of the balance must be received no later than four weeks before your stay commences.
In addition we require a £100 security deposit, which will be returned 7 working days after departure, providing there are no deductions or claims against it.
Cancellations must be made in writing no later than two weeks before your stay commences. Any amount paid at this time, excluding the deposit, will be refunded. Cancellations within two weeks of your stay commencing will be liable to a percentage refund.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment can also be made by cheque.
All areas in the Apartments are non-smoking. Guests who wish to smoke are advised to use the forecourt. Please specify if you are a smoker when booking.
Pets cannot accompany guests.
Check in is from 3pm and departure is before 12 Noon. Please be considerate and leave the apartment in the condition you would wish to find it upon your arrival.
Kwik Corporate Lettings reserves the right to periodically review its prices. Any increased price will be advised at the time of booking on line.
